Coffee Talk: Stewardship Strategies for New Donors in the New Normal

Listen in as your peers discuss building stewardship strategies for new donors in the “new normal”. Our goal is to identify ways to embrace your organization’s new friends without being able to do so in person!

Some questions this discussion covers:

  • How has your organization handled an influx of new donors in the past year?
  • What are your plans for stewarding and retaining these new donors?
  • Are there new tools or strategies your are building into your 2021 plans?
  • What are some challenges you anticipate with retaining these new donors?

To continue the conversation from the session, check out this discussion on Compass - A Foundant Community.
