Coffee Talk: New Normal for Accounting Processes and Roles

In this Finance Coffee Talk we discuss how accounting functions are operating in today’s new environment and what you’re looking to accomplish in the second half of 2021.

Some questions we cover:

  • Transaction Processing: Have you adopted any new systems this past year? What have you learned and gained thus far?
  • Working in a Remote Environment: How are you working with your Board and various Committees? How is the day-to-day going?
  • Looking Forward to 2021: What finance specific goals have you laid out for the remainder of 2021?  Any organization wide goals you would like to share?

We encourage you to continue the conversation from this session on Compass - A Foundant Community.
