Lyndsey Thompson

With over a decade of nonprofit experience, Lyndsey has supported the sector in various capacities including program management, volunteer coordination, client advocacy, event planning, fundraising, and grantmaking. Prior to joining the Foundant team, Lyndsey served as the Director of Program Services at The Community Foundation of McHenry County in northern Illinois, where she was responsible for managing the grant and scholarship programs and cultivating lasting partnerships with charitable organization in the community. Lyndsey is passionate about serving the philanthropic community and committed to helping nonprofits achieve their missions. Her areas of philanthropic focus include: the awareness and expansion of trust-based philanthropy, participatory grantmaking, and application streamlining.
