Managing fiscal sponsorships can be challenging, especially when expectations are not set accurately at the beginning of a relationship. Peers share how they have set expectations based on workloads, reporting, vendor relationships, and even financial goals in their efforts to successfully manage these relationships. You also learn how they have guided these organizations toward independence when the relationship is no longer mutually beneficial.
