Pain Points

We previously used eTapestry, but it was made for managing individual donors, not grants. Our Grants Manager was only able to see what we were currently working on, making it impossible to learn from past mistakes or adequately plan for future grants.

Solution

Now, our Grants Manager can plan our grant calendar ahead of time and keep track of past grants. We love being able to upload documents and save favorite language to use in grants. Other staff at our organization who are funded by grants can easily access any of their grant documents without having to ask the Grants Manager. This saves everyone time and effort.
