Traci R. Johnson | Program Officer, POISE Foundation
Traci is a strategic thinker and innovative thought leader that is dedicated to helping clients, communities, and organizations re-imagine and expand the box of possibility. She is an experienced nonprofit leader with the ability to drive organizational transformation that generates growth and success. As the Program Officer at POISE, Traci assists Black-led, Black-serving organizations in bringing change to their community. She accomplishes this by managing the Foundation’s grantmaking portfolio, leading strategic initiatives, developing new grantmaking strategies, and engaging community stakeholders.
Traci has 10+ years of success in management consulting, organizational improvement, project and change management, process improvement and development, program design, strategic communications, and data analysis. She is passionate about working with organizations and community members to create unconventional solutions to complex community problems and assisting organizations in their capacity building efforts. Traci is a graduate of Carlow University with a BA in Political Science. She is currently an MPM Candidate at Carnegie Mellon University – Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
Tammy Tilzey | Nonprofit Client Marketing Manager, Foundant Technologies
