Pain Points

Our previous grant management system was never intuitive. We were constantly battling with it, resulting in much more work for everyone. We were also required to pay for annual upgrades— whether we used them or not. This wasted both valuable time and valuable resources.

Solution

The transition to Foundant GLM was seamless; during the migration from our previous system, none of our data was lost or misaligned. Further, it uncovered redundancies, allowing for us to “clean up” all of our e-files. The online platform also streamlined the grants management process for our grantees —who, in essence, are our “customers.” We try to make the application process as simple as possible, and the GLM system plays a key role in our ability to do so.
