The feedback from applicants and our evaluators is that they all love it! We were especially concerned that our Board might find the system difficult to use or unappealing, but they’ve all given it a big thumbs up. Grantees report that it’s easy to navigate, and they love being able to track submissions and statuses from their end, too.

Pain Points

We were looking for an online grantmaking solution to minimize paperwork and maximize free time—for our organization and for our applicants and grantees. Our paper-based system was time-consuming and cumbersome, and difficult for us and the non-profits applying to us to manage. In particular, we were looking to limit confusion around old applications and forms by having one, web-based, constantly up-to-date system.


Now we have a system that’s always what we need it to be. Applicants have access to the most current information and forms and it’s much easier to manage requests—they’re always available on the website. It’s simplified the process of looking up information, and everything can be saved and transmitted electronically, saving time and paper.
