Tracy Larimer is an optimistic and honest sales professional who joined the Foundant team in 2014 and today works with large-size community foundations in the US, Canada, and Australia as they navigate change and consider how to continuously improve their operational efficiency and impact in their communities. Software is only part of the equation for long-term success with mission-critical systems that support the good work of community foundations. You also need a partner that you can trust. Tracy earns this through listening, learning, transparency, and follow-through on commitments. She credits her first post-college job as a parade character at Disneyland Paris as the foundation for her passion for providing an exceptional customer experience. Tracy lives, skis, paddles, and generally enjoys life in Bozeman, Montana, with her husband Mark, their two kids, and their dogs Lumi-the-Finger-Nibbler and Georgie-the-Goofball.
