Tracy Larimer

Tracy works with foundations as they assess their goals and challenges, internally sell system change to their staff and boards, and ultimately decided to take the step to join the Foundant family. She credits her first post-college job as a parade character at Disneyland Paris as the foundation for her passion to provide a good customer experience. Tracy lives, skis, paddles, and generally enjoys life in Bozeman, Montana with her husband Mark, kids Max & Stella, and their office dog Lumi-the-Finger-Nibbler.
