Rachel Caldwell

Rachel joined Foundant in 2021 as a Client Success Manager for Strategic Advancement, helping Foundant’s community foundation clients implement and maximize CommunitySuite to achieve their development goals. She came to Foundant with 10 years of experience in nonprofit development, communications, and program management, as well as experience as a certified group facilitator. In all of these roles, she worked to connect people around a shared vision and achieve collective success. She is passionate about creating systems that allow organizations to operate efficiently, impactfully, and sustainably. Outside of work, you can find Rachel playing in the kitchen or exploring Bozeman’s local trails.
