Neal Hardin

Neal Hardin is Foundant’s Vice President of People, leading the HR function and helping to propel the organization forward. Prior to joining Foundant, Neal held senior HR leadership and transformation roles with Fortune 100 and start-up technology companies. As head of HR/Talent with Western Digital, Apttus, Activision Blizzard, and DXC Technology (divested Risk Solutions business), he led organization-wide efforts to reinvigorate the way leaders work together and companies viewed talent – establishing people visions; building out teams; expanding growth, development and diversity; and truly transforming the employee experience. In his 24 years, Neal launched his career in Operations and his own start-up, before moving into HR while living internationally in Europe, Asia Pac and India for 3 years; coaching leaders, learning different talent strategies and cultures, and driving employee performance. Earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Marketing from the University of North Carolina, and certifications in Six-Sigma, Agile and leadership coaching certifications from Center for Creative Leadership and Gallup. Neal resides with his wife in Bozeman and is active in his 14-year-old son’s life. He also serves as a member of The Conference Board’s CHRO/CPO council; member of CNBC Workforce Executive Council; and on the board of directors for Montana distributor, Cardinal Distributing.
