Kelly Howard

Kelly Howard has over twenty years of experience as a grants professional, with a wide range of experience submitting proposals to federal, state, and local governments as well as to foundations and corporations. Kelly is a Senior Advisor at Grants Plus, where she coaches nonprofits in writing successful grant proposals. Her expertise is demonstrated in grants awarded from the US Department of Justice, the National Endowment for the Arts, and more. She currently sits on the board of the St. Louis Chapter of Grants Professional Association (GPA).
